Not really a villa, but decorated with Italian frescas and Italian landscapes to appear as a house from Italy. It was the house Carina was born and raised in. It's the two level house with five acres of land. There's six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, a living room, a game room, and an office. There is an inground pool in the backyard and a balcony on the second floor connected to the Master's bedroom.

Resident: Carina, her husband, and her children and grandchildren stop by once in a while.
